Jaime Cumming

Jaime Cumming is the owner and lead attorney at Eastside Injury Law, formerly Pearson Law Firm, bringing over 15 years of legal experience and expertise to the team. Under the mentorship of Jerry and Michèle Pearson, Jaime completed the Washington Supreme Court Rule 6 Law Clerk Program and became licensed to practice law.

She is an active member of  the Washington State Association for Justice, King County Bar Association, and Washington State Bar Association. In recognition of her dedication to public service and advocacy, Jaime received the Washington State Association for Justice’s Ready to Soar Award. She also serves on the Washington State Law Clerk Board, supporting individuals pursuing licensure through the Rule 6 program.

A Washington native, Jaime graduated from Meadowdale High School and earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Western Washington University. She also served with Youth With A Mission in Australia and Thailand. Outside of work, Jaime enjoys life in Snoqualmie with her husband Kevin and their two children, Benjamin (12) and Lucy (9). She is an active volunteer at Reign Church in Fall City and is passionate about community involvement.

Jamie Nading

Jamie Nading is a Paralegal for the Pearson Law Firm and brings more than 19 years of legal experience and expertise to the team.

A Washington native, Jamie graduated from Snohomish High School. She obtained her Associate in General Sciences from Ricks College and a Legal Secretary Degree from North Seattle Community College. She worked in the legal department for The Walt Disney Company while living in California. She is married to her husband, Ron, and has two boys, Trey and Ashton. When not working, she enjoys hiking, biking, playing pickleball, and being with her family.

Cory Boehlje

Cory is a Paralegal for the Pearson Law Firm and brings seven years of legal experience to the team. 

A California native, Cory graduated from Westmont College in Santa Barbara before studying clinical psychology in Denver, Colorado. She worked in communications and marketing before beginning her career as a paralegal in an estates and taxation law firm, where she specialized in probate law.

Cory lives in North Bend with her husband Dan and two teenagers, Mark and Bryn. She loves the outdoors and is happiest tending her garden or when hiking, mountain biking, skiing or playing just about any sport.

Melanie Broadbent

Melanie is the Administrative Assistant for the Pearson Law Firm. She is a former educator, with five years of teaching experience in Federal Way Public Schools.

Originally from California, Melanie earned her bachelor's degree in education from Brigham Young University and later completed a master's in English Studies at Arizona State University. 

Melanie has lived in Washington for two decades and currently resides in Covington with her children. She believes in fostering community through building mutual support and accessibility. A member of a local choir and appreciator of the arts, she also enjoys nature- whether hiking forest trails or spending time on the water.
