That belief began with Jerry and Michéle Pearson, who served the Eastside community for over 40 years. Today, attorney Jaime Cumming leads the firm with the same unwavering commitment, while bringing a fresh perspective grounded in transparency, compassion, and personal dedication.
In 1984, Jerry Pearson opened a small personal injury practice with a clear mission: to help people through life-changing injuries with skill and integrity. Michéle Pearson later joined him, and together they built a reputation for personalized service and consistent, trustworthy results.
Over the next four decades, their firm became a trusted name in East King County and throughout Washington state, representing individuals and families throughout Issaquah, Snoqualmie, North Bend, and surrounding communities.
In 2011, Jaime Cumming joined the firm as a paralegal, and in 2018, began the Washington Supreme Court's Law Clerk Program. She worked side by side with Jerry and Michéle, learning every aspect of legal practice—from detailed case preparation to client communication and courtroom strategy.
After becoming a licensed attorney in 2023, Jaime continued working closely with the Pearsons and earned their trust to lead the firm forward. In 2026, Pearson Law Firm started doing business as Eastside Injury Law, reflecting our geographic roots and continued commitment to meaningful legal work rooted in ethics, care, and purpose.
