You were looking for Pearson Law Firm. You’re in the right place.

We continue to serve the community under our new name, Eastside Injury Law, with the same team, same office location, and the same trusted care you’ve always known.

Why the Name Change?

For over 40 years, the Pearson Law Firm has advocated for injury victims throughout Washington. As we entered a new chapter under the leadership of Attorney Jaime Cumming, we adopted the doing business as Eastside Injury Law to reflect the communities we proudly serve.

Continuing the Firm’s Legacy

Jerry Pearson explains how Jaime’s long history with the firm prepares her to lead the next chapter:

“I’m deeply grateful for the mentorship and legacy of Jerry and Michéle Pearson. As Eastside Injury Law, our mission remains the same: to advocate for injured people with integrity, compassion, and excellence.”

— Jaime Cumming, Attorney & Owner
